Hello and welcome to our website which we hope you will find interesting and informative.
East Devon Volunteer Support Agency (EDVSA) exists to help local voluntary organisations, community groups and charities to flourish.
We are based in Ottery St Mary and cover the whole of East Devon. We have been supporting local communities here to thrive for over 10 years.
As a Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) we offer advice and information on a wealth of topics, including funding, governance, resource hire, training and we offer additional activities to support networking across East Devon. We support over 280 local charities and community groups to grow, develop and flourish with their activities.
Our Volunteer Centre provides a matching service for those seeking opportunities and organisations requiring volunteers, we currently have 300 people looking for suitable vacancies to match their skills and others requirements.
EDVSA also act as a voice for the local voluntary and community sector with statutory agencies.
Our projects include LINk Devon, The Devon Virtual Carers Centre, Side by Side, Be Involved Devon and Sidekick.
We hope that you find the information on here useful, however what we would really like to do is talk to you call us to discuss how we can help!
