Devon CVS is open to any local voluntary and community group.
Whilst you do not have to be a member to use CVS Services,

to nominate members to the Trustee Board and vote at the CVS

Devon Council for Voluntary Service is a member of NAVCA (National
Association for Voluntary and Community Action), VE (Volunteering
England) and NCVO (
National Council of Voluntary Organisations)
