EDVSA has a vacancy for a Buddying Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop this service across East Devon, recruiting and training volunteer buddies to enable service users to participate in mainstream volunteering activities. You’ll manage all aspects of developing and implementing this project including supporting volunteer buddies. Experience and knowledge of project management and volunteering issues is essential.   • To promote and encourage the engagement of the voluntary and community sector with ContactPoint
  • To raise awareness of the benefits and purpose of ContactPoint among voluntary and community sector organisations
  • To provide a forum for the voluntary and community sector to raise issues, questions and concerns around engaging with ContactPoint
  • To feed back issues, questions and concerns raised by the voluntary and community sector to the National Team and Local Authority partners via the regional user groups.

Subject: National Outcomes Programme Champions needed in SW
Charities Evaluation Services (CES) are now recruiting Outcomes Champions for the National Outcomes Programme 2007-2009.
If you are interested in applying to become an Outcomes Champion for the South West please email: josie@ces-vol.org.uk for an application pack.
Before applying please ensure that you are available to attend all four days of the training taking place in Bristol on 22nd and 23rd January and 11 &12 March 2008.
